We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product.

If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. If the goods are damaged or incomplete then NORA is is not obliged to take back the item. In case you are in doubt if your return meets these conditions, please contact us before returning.

Items bought in the webshop can also be exchanged or returned at the NORA store in Amsterdam. However money is refunded back via the payment method you used to make the purchase.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. NORA shall not reimburse your shipping costs.

We advise to ship your package with a tracking code, we are not responsible for lost returns.


When the returned goods have reached our warehouse, we will refund your order as soon as possible with a maximum of 30 days (normally within 10 days).
